Michelle Vocke, President & Owner, has more than seventeen years experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Her most recent nine years in the workplace were spent as a Senior Marketing Manager for the world's largest Internet Service Provider. During her tenure, she demonstrated the ability to create and cultivate relationships with key internal and external decision-makers and influencers. She has an extensive background in the following competencies:

The three years prior to that, her positions were Human Resources Assistant and subsequently Marketing Assistant at an internationally known telecommunications company. In those positions she produced marketing materials for national events, negotiated with vendors, managed distribution of materials, and served as primary liaison between the Market Directors and corporate headquarters. Michelle developed, implemented and oversaw Employee Programs which included designing brochures, flyers and awards to promote the initiatives. She also conducted new employee orientation and managed the company's Human Resources website, including developing training modules and testing for employees nationwide.
Prior to that, Michelle spent more than six years working as Executive Assistant and Office Manager for a large environmental consulting company. In that position, she provided administrative support to the Principal Officer; supervised and trained support staff; conducted performance evaluations and new employee orientations. Michelle also produced marketing materials for conferences and proposals, which included cost analysis, charts, diagrams and graphics. As well as making travel arrangements, she coordinated conferences and training seminars, produced proposals for Department of Defense, Department of Energy, EPA, and state and local governments. Michelle also managed office bookkeeping, prepared expense reports, maintained office check registers and petty cash, and prepared accounts receivable files.
